How Was Your First Day To College?

It’s dark and you’re separated from your group in a jungle. You’re desperate to join the squad. You can hear the winds with pin-drop silence. You want to make it to the squad overcoming all the barriers. Do you feel me? Yeah, exactly how I felt entering the first day of my college. It was a nervy, yet exciting to mark a new beginning in my career. I entered the college after all the hustle and bustle of documentation and formalities. I reached the premises at sharp 8:30 am (as instructed by the college authorities). The environment was similar more or less. As the clock recorded 8:30 a.m, all the students were guided to a stupendous auditorium. The auditorium was beautifully decorated. It was time for some speeches by the faculty. Coronavirus: Why Quarantine Life in a Small Town is Hell

It is important to understand how people are surviving the pandemic in small towns in a developing country. I have got some interesting observations for people around the world interested to know the situation in developing economies.  COVID-19 brought the entire world on its knees. Most of the countries were under lockdown and it was not healthy to move out of the house increasing the risk of virus spread. Developing economies could not afford lockdown forever, and this increased the risk of spreading the virus. Lockdown slowed down the spread of the virus but it boosted its speed once the lockdown was over. It was disheartening to see people losing jobs, business getting shut down permanently, daily trouble for daily wage workers, and many more.
